When is the RSVP deadline?

Respondez (s’il vous plait) as soon as you can but no later than August 25th.

What should I wear?

We request that you please wear formal attire for our wedding (such as ankle length dresses and fitted, darker hued suits- tuxedos optional but not required). Kindly avoid white, as well as textures considered more informal, such as denim or athleisure adjacent attire. We look forward to seeing you and your outfit!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The Ceremony will be held at the Powell Gardens Chapel, and the reception will be held outdoors at the Fountain Garden at Powell Gardens, unless weather conditions force us indoors. We expect the evening to be warm but please come prepared for a partially outdoor event. 

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?

Marjorie Powell Allen Chapel is located at 1609 NW US Hwy 50, Kingsville, MO 64061. There will be signage on arrival at the venue to guide you to the parking area provided and a staff shuttle to bring you to the chapel, and after the ceremony, from the chapel to the cocktail hour for our reception.

Can I bring a plus-one?

We love you and the ones you hold dear, but due to venue limitations, please do not bring a plus one unless otherwise stated on your physical invitation. We thank you for your understanding.

Are children invited?

Your little ones are so loved, but again, due to venue limitations and budget, please do not bring anyone not listed on your invitation. As a couple, we would love to arrange a time to meet up with your family individually after our nuptials and celebrate together over ice cream or a cup of coffee, but due to venue regulations, we can only allow those listed on the invitations. Again, thank you so much for your understanding!
